Excel
EXCEL is a functional fitness class designed to increase strength, build stability, and boost overall fitness for real life. Using equipment such as TRX, dumbbells, and resistance bands, each workout offers a focused challenge that can be adjusted for most fitness levels. Expect purposeful movements that help you get stronger, move better, and improve everyday performance.

Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion blends elements of mat Pilates, barre, and yoga to improve core and hip strength, posture, balance, and mobility. Using tools such as bands, balls, and light weights, each session offers a low-impact but purposeful workout focused on control and better movement. Exercises can be adjusted for different ability levels while still providing an effective challenge.

Excel 2
EXCEL 2 builds on the functional strength format of Excel by adding cardio burst intervals and a greater overall challenge. Expect an energizing workout that supports strength, stamina, coordination, and overall fitness. This class is a great option for participants who are comfortable with Excel and ready for a higher-intensity class.

Excel/Pilates
Excel/Pilates is a hybrid class that brings two of our signature formats together in one workout. It combines the functional fitness focus of Excel with the core strength, control, and mobility work of Pilates Fusion. Expect a well-rounded session of strength-based exercises and Pilates-inspired movement for a full-body challenge.

Thrive
THRIVE is a low-impact, slower paced class focused on improving overall balance, strength, mobility, and coordination through a variety of standing and seated exercises. This class is designed to support functional movement in an approachable format while still helping participants build confidence and strength. It is especially suitable for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor.

Stretch & Unwind
Stretch & Unwind offers stretches that promote flexibility and mobility to help you move and feel better. Using a variety of props, this class focuses on common areas of tension and restriction while guiding participants through a full-body stretching session. It is ideal for those seeking relief from back and hip discomfort, knee pain, shoulder restriction, or general stiffness.

Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is designed to build balance, strength, mobility, and body awareness through steady, controlled movement. This class includes breath-guided transitions, standing poses, and floor work to help improve flexibility, stability, and ease of movement. Expect a mindful but active pace that supports both focus and functional movement.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines yoga flow with added strength work for an active, full-body workout. Expect controlled movement, balance training, and strength-focused exercises that challenge stability and overall fitness. This class offers a more energizing yoga-inspired format while still emphasizing mobility and mindful movement.

Booking Policy

Our classes have limited capacity, so you need to book ahead of time.

You can use your class credits for any type of class. Book up to 30 days in advance!

Class Minimum-If no one is booked in a class 3 hours before the scheduled start time, the class may be canceled. Please book in advance so we know you’re planning to attend.

You may cancel a class at any time up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time and your class credit will be returned.

If you try to a cancel a booking less than 4 hours in advance, the “Cancel Booking” option will be disabled and you will not be able to click it to cancel.

Missing class without canceling 4 hours in advance will result in losing that class credit.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.

If a spot opens up, you'll get a notification in the Fit By Wix app (make sure app notifications are on!). You'll have 1 hour to book the spot before it's offered to the next person.

If you change your mind, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Class credits expire based on when you buy them Once they expire, you can't use them.

Expiration dates may not be extended unless you’re dealing with an injury or prolonged illness. Let us know before the expiration date so we can help.
