Service Description

This is a hybrid class of our “Stretch & Unwind” and “Pilates Fusion” classes. What to Expect: A blend of focused strengthening exercises and stretches using a variety of equipment such as balls, Theraband, lightweight dumbbells, and bodyweight. Gentle Movements: Low impact exercises promote strength, flexibility, and better movement. Relaxation: Alleviate discomfort and reduce tension, leaving you feeling strong and rejuvenated.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CLASSES: • Our classes have room for 6 people max, so you need to book ahead of time. • You can use your class credits for any type of class. • Book up to 30 days in advance! CANCELING CLASSES: • If you need to cancel, do it before the class starts and you'll get your credit back. • Please try to cancel at least 24 hours before class so someone else can grab the spot. • If you don't cancel and miss the class, you'll lose that credit. • Check the app often to keep track of your bookings and waitlists. WAITLIST: • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. • If a spot opens up, you'll get a notification in the Fit By Wix app (make sure app notifications are on!). • You'll have 1 hour to book the spot before it's offered to the next person. • If you change your mind, please remove yourself from the waitlist. CLASS CREDIT EXPIRATION: • Class credits expire based on when you buy them (30, 60, 90, or 120 days). Once they expire, you can't use them. • Expiration dates may not be extended unless you’re dealing with an injury or prolonged illness. Let us know before the expiration date so we can help.
