CLASSES

EXCEL
Designed to increase strength and boost overall fitness, this functional strength training workout offers a challenging yet adaptable experience for most fitness levels.
What to Expect:

STRETCH & UNWIND
Stretch & Unwind is designed to target common areas of tension and restriction in the body. This class is an ideal choice for those seeking relief from back and hip discomfort, knee pain, and shoulder restrictions.

EXCEL/PILATES
Excel / Pilates is a hybrid class that combines the strength training of Excel with the core and mobility focus of Pilates Fusion for a comprehensive workout.

Versatile exercises to enhance strength, stability, core, and mobility

THRIVE
THRIVE is a low-impact, slower paced class designed to improve overall balance, strength, mobility, and coordination by using a variety of standing and seated exercises (class is suitable for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor).
What to expect:

Exercises using a variety of equipment such as resistance bands, balls, TRX, lightweight dumbbells, balance pads, and chairs
-
Movements to challenge your balance and coordination

Fitness Class Pricing and Booking
Due to limited capacity for each class (6 people),
all classes must be purchased and booked (reserved) in advance.

After downloading the app, click "Got an Invite Code" and enter SF6NCW. Then, create an account using your email address and a password.
-
Classes can be purchased as a single class or in class packs of 4, 8 or 12. The class credits you receive can be used to book any of the fitness classes. Classes can be purchased in the Pricing Plans section of the app.

FIRST CLASS:
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class to fill out a quick form and chat with the instructor about any injuries or limits you have. -
BOOKING CLASSES:
Our classes have room for 6-7 people max, so you need to book ahead of time.
You can use your class credits for any type of class. Book up to 30 days in advance! -
CANCELING CLASSES:
- You may cancel a class at any time up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time and your class credit will be returned.
- If you try to a cancel a booking less than 4 hours in advance, the “Cancel Booking” option will be disabled and you will not be able to click it to cancel.
- Missing class without canceling 4 hours in advance will result in losing that class credit.
- Check the app often to keep track of your bookings and waitlists. -
WAITLIST:
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you'll get a notification in the Fit By Wix app (make sure app notifications are on!). You'll have 1 hour to book the spot before it's offered to the next person. If you change your mind, please remove yourself from the waitlist. -
CLASS CREDIT EXPIRATION:
Class credits expire based on when you buy them (30, 60, 90, or 120 days). Once they expire, you can't use them. Expiration dates may not be extended unless you’re dealing with an injury or prolonged illness. Let us know before the expiration date so we can help.
