CLASSES
EXCEL
Designed to increase strength and boost overall fitness, this functional strength training workout offers a challenging yet adaptable experience for most fitness levels.

EXCEL PLUS
Excel Plus is a hybrid class that combines the strength training of Excel with the core and mobility focus of Pilates Fusion for a comprehensive workout.

STRETCH/PILATES
This is a hybrid class of our “Stretch & Unwind” and “Pilates Fusion” classes.
What to Expect:

A blend of focused strengthening exercises and stretches using a variety of equipment such as balls, Theraband, lightweight dumbbells, and bodyweight.

Gentle Movements: Low impact exercises promote strength, flexibility, and better movement.

Relaxation: Alleviate discomfort and reduce tension, leaving you feeling strong and rejuvenated.
THRIVE
THRIVE is a low-impact, slower paced class designed to improve overall balance, strength, mobility, and coordination by using a variety of standing and seated exercises (class is suitable for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor).

What to expect:

Exercises using a variety of equipment such as resistance bands, balls, TRX, lightweight dumbbells, balance pads, and chairs

Movements to challenge your balance and coordination

Fitness Class Pricing and Booking
​Due to limited capacity for each class (6 people),
all classes must be purchased and booked (reserved) in advance.

After downloading the app, click "Got an Invite Code" and enter SF6NCW. Then, create an account using your email address and a password. (Click here for detailed app instructions. )​​

Classes can be purchased as a single class or in class packs of 4, 8 or 12. The class credits you receive can be used to book any of the fitness classes. Classes can be purchased in the Pricing Plans section of the app.

If you booked a class but need to cancel, you can do so on the website or the app by clicking on "Cancel".

If a class says "Waitlist" or "Join Waitlist", it means that the class is full, but you can be placed on a waitlist to be notified if a spot opens up. The open spot is only held for a limited time, so remember to check on any classes in which you joined the waitlist.
