Cancellation Policy
You may use your purchased class credits to book classes up to 30 days in advance.
You may cancel a class at any time prior to start of class and your class credit will be returned to your account.
If you do not attend a class you are booked in, you will be marked as "No-Show", and will lose your class credit.
If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible to open up the spot for someone else.
WAITLIST: You may add yourself to the waitlist for classes that are fully booked. If a spot opens up, you will receive an app notification that you may book the class. This open spot will be held for 3 hours. If you do not book within 3 hours, the spot will open to the next person on the waitlist.
